Contact us
Email support@stakemate.com.au and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
To help us fix things faster, include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your phone model and its software version.
- Whether you sign in with Apple or Google.
- A screenshot, if it helps.
You can also send feedback from inside the app: More → Send Feedback.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro and Elite are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by Stakemate. That’s why cancellations, refunds and receipts are handled in your store account.
Manage or cancel a subscription
- iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stakemate → Cancel Subscription. You can also open the Stakemate app, go to Settings and tap Manage under Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Stakemate → Cancel.
You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your Stakemate account does not cancel a subscription.
Restore a purchase
If you’ve reinstalled the app or changed phone and your plan isn’t showing, sign in to the same Apple ID (or Google account) you subscribed with, then open Stakemate and go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. You can also tap Restore on the subscription screen.
Free trial and refunds
Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial, one per Apple ID or Google account. Trials, charges and refunds are controlled by Apple or Google, so refund requests need to go to them. We can’t issue refunds on their behalf.
Account and sign-in
- Sign-in: Stakemate uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google, so there’s no password to reset. If your data looks missing, check you’re signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used before.
- Sign out: Settings → Account → Sign Out.
- Delete your account: see Delete account for the steps and exactly what is removed. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription.
- Your privacy: our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to ask for a copy of your data.
Community safety
- Report: use the Report option on posts, comments, profiles and messages. We review reports and act on anything that breaks our community rules.
- Block: blocking someone hides their content from you and stops them messaging you. You can review the people you’ve blocked in Settings → Account → Blocked Users.
- Something urgent? Email us with a link or screenshot and say it’s urgent.
Common questions
Do I need an account to use Stakemate?
No. Session tracking, the live timer, analytics, hand and player notes and the calculators work without an account. Sign in to use the community and to back up your data to the cloud.
What happens to my data if I don’t sign in?
It’s stored only on your phone. If you lose or change your phone it can’t be recovered, so sign in if you want a backup.
Can I use Stakemate on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device and your data syncs.
How do I import or export my sessions?
Open More and tap Import Sessions to bring sessions in. Export PDF and Export CSV are available with Pro or Elite.
AI Coach isn’t working. Why?
AI Coach needs a Pro or Elite subscription, a signed-in account and an internet connection. Pro includes a monthly allowance and Elite is unlimited. If you’ve used your Pro allowance, it comes back next month. AI feedback is for information and education only and can be wrong.
What’s included in Free, Pro and Elite?
See Plans for the current list. The subscription screen in the app always shows what each plan includes today.
Does Stakemate work for online poker?
Yes. Venue and state are optional, so you can leave them blank or type any name.
Does Stakemate hold or move money between players?
No. Stakemate is a record-keeping tool. It never holds, sends or receives money for players, and it isn’t a gambling service. See our Terms & Conditions.
