Delete Your Stakemate Account
You can permanently delete your Stakemate account and the personal information linked to it. You don’t need the app installed.
How to delete your account
Signed up with Google
Sign in with the same Google account you use in Stakemate. This proves the account is yours. You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
Signed up with Apple
Deleting through this website isn’t available for accounts created with Sign in with Apple.
Open Stakemate and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Email support@stakemate.com.au from the email address on your account (or tell us the name on it). We’ll confirm it’s you before deleting, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@stakemate.com.au and we’ll help. We’ll ask you to prove the account is yours before deleting it.
Confirm deletion
You’re signed in as your Stakemate account.
This is permanent and can’t be undone. Your account, your poker records in the cloud and your community activity will be deleted. Your App Store or Google Play subscription is not cancelled by this — see below.

Deleting your account…
Please keep this page open. This can take a few seconds.
Your account has been deleted
Your account and the cloud data linked to it have been removed, and you’ve been signed out everywhere. Stakemate on your own phone may still hold records saved locally on that device — delete the app to remove them.
Remember: if you subscribed to Pro or Elite, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you aren’t charged again.

What happens when you delete your account
Deleted straight away
- Your account and sign-in link (Google or Apple)
- Your profile: name, email, username, bio, photo, country/location, social handles, push-notification token and profile stats
- Poker records synced to the cloud: sessions, tournament and calendar entries, hand notes, player notes, casino balance records, home games and app settings
- Community activity: posts, comments, reactions, follows, direct messages, shares, blocked-user lists and notifications
- Images you uploaded (profile photo, post, comment and session images)
- Staking listings, claims and balances linked to you
- Your AI Coach usage counters and any subscription tier stored on your profile
Kept, with no link back to you
- Tournament listings you submitted stay in the tournament list, with your name removed.
- Moderation reports made about you are kept so we can act on abuse, with the link to your account removed.
Things to be aware of
- Other people’s view of shared records. Messages you sent, and staking deals or claims you were part of, are deleted with your account. The other person may lose their copy of that record, so keep your own notes if you need them.
- Backups. Deleted data may remain in our hosting provider’s backups for a limited period until they expire.
- Usage analytics. The app sends anonymised usage events to our analytics provider, linked to a user ID and email. Deleting your account does not automatically remove these. Email support@stakemate.com.au to have them deleted.
- AI Coach. If you used AI Coach, the hand text you submitted was processed by a third-party AI provider, which handles it under its own policy. Stakemate does not keep those requests.
- Data on your phone. Records stored only on your device are not touched. Delete the app to remove them.
Your subscription is not cancelled automatically
Pro and Elite subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by Stakemate. Deleting your Stakemate account does not cancel your subscription and we can’t cancel it for you. Cancel it yourself, or you may keep being charged:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stakemate → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Stakemate → Cancel.
Sign in with Apple / Google
Deleting your account removes it from Stakemate. To also remove Stakemate from your Apple or Google account’s list of connected apps: on Apple, go to Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Stakemate → Stop Using Apple ID; on Google, open your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services.
